  • Whom do I call during non-clinic hours? +

    If you're experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911. Our answering service will triage non-emergent after hour phone calls and, if needed, will contact one of ELFHP's providers. During the weekends, on-call duty is rotated between six other area clinics.

  • What do I do if my medication is out of refills? +

    Calling your pharmacy first is quickest. They automatically know if refills are available and can obtain this information electronically from your provider for faster results.
