Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
7:00 AM day openings on some days, please inquire.

We are pleased to continue to care for you and your family during this unfamiliar time. For the health and safety of all patients, staff, and providers we have made some changes to the office.
  • We ask that when you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and call 402-483-7507. Let us know you are here and our staff will assess you for any symptoms. A nursing staff member will come out to escort you into the office.
  • Masks MUST be worn the entire time in the office. If you don’t have one, we will provide one.
  • We will be taking temporal temperatures upon arriving. Any patient with a temperature at 100.4 or higher, may be asked to reschedule.
  • We will ask you a few screening questions when you're scheduled, when you check-in via phone, when we greet you at your car, and again during your visit.
  • There will be no waiting/seating in the lobby. All patients will be brought in and taken directly to an exam room with our staff. Therefore, we kindly ask that adults come alone unless conditions warrant otherwise. Children under the age of 18 are allowed to have one parent/guardian accompany them to their appointment.
COVID-19 Precautions with our practice
We ask ALL Patients and Anyone to please call the office prior to coming in if you or anyone in your household are experiencing upper respiratory symptoms; fever, cough, SOB, etc. Also if you, anyone in your household, or anyone you have been around in the last two weeks that has had exposure to COVID-19, call the office prior to arriving. We have COVID-19 protocols and triage in place. Do NOT go the the ER if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms. Call the office 402-483-7507 or LCHD- 402-441-8006 for further instructions on what to do. We continue to evaluate our plans daily and will continue to make changes as necessary. Our office cares about protecting the health of patients and staff and by following our requests, it will help minimize exposure. Patients who are scheduled for upcoming routine appointments, we encourage you to keep those. As stated, we have steps in place to minimize the exposure of anyone who is seen for acute reasons. We stress the importance of using good common sense judgement.
