During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, ELFHP is pleased to announce we are offering TeleHealth appointments available to you and your family. It is important to continue to care for your chronic and acute medical needs. Please call the office at 402-483-7507 to set up your TeleHealth visit.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is the use of digital information and communication technologies, like computers, tablets and smartphones, to access and manage your health care away from your healthcare provider’s office. These may be technologies you use from home or that your provider uses to improve or support health care services.

Why use Telehealth for a video visit with my healthcare provider?

Who can be scheduled for a Telehealth visit?

Any ELFHP patient who has a smartphone, tablet, computer or laptop with video/audio abilities and stable internet connection. Not all your healthcare visits, such as physicals and well-child checks, are appropriate for Telehealth. We can help you schedule the best type of appointment for your healthcare needs, call 402-483-7507 for help getting you scheduled.

How much does Telehealth cost?

There is no additional fee for a Telehealth visit versus an in-person visit.
